All party bookings are for 3 hours. 45 minutes set up, 90 minutes delivery and 45 minutes clean up. Cancellation Policy
KREATIVE KIDS LAB PARTY BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Kreative Kids Lab aims to provide a fun and safe environment for children to enjoy their parties, and a stress-free experience for grown ups. To ensure a smooth experience, please carefully read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. By booking a party with us, you agree to these terms. 1. Booking and Payment 1.1 Deposit: A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of the party. 1.2 Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the party date. 1.3 Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. 2. Cancellations 2.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the party date. The deposit is non-refundable. If given a minimum of 14 days notice we can reschedule your party for an alternative date, subject to availability. 2.2 Cancellation by Kreative Kids Lab: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the party due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date. 3. Party Package and Timings 3.1 Party Duration: Parties are booked for a duration of 3 hours. This includes 45 minutes set up time, 90 minutes delivery and 45 minutes clean up. Please ensure your guests arrive on time as we cannot extend the party time. 4. Party Guests 4.1 Number of Guests: The party package includes a minimum number of children depending on the party booked. Additional guests will incur an extra charge. 4.2 Age Range: Kreative Kids Lab is designed for children aged 3-16. Please ensure all party guests fall within this age range. 4.3 Supervision: Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times. Kreative Kids Lab staff are not responsible for supervising children. 5. Health and Safety 5.1 Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that party guests may have. 5.2 First Aid: Our staff are trained in first aid and will provide assistance in case of an emergency. 5.3 Code of Conduct: We request that all guests behave responsibly and follow Kreative Kids Lab Rules of Play. We reserve the right to ask any guest to stop the activity if they do note adhere to the rules. 6. Liability 6.1 Damage: The customer is responsible for any damage caused to equipment by party guests. Charges for repairs or replacements may apply.
